PGLA polymer with higher content of glycolide and having similar properties with PGA ismainly applied for absorbable suture. PGLA filament is used as multifilament because thefilament obtained from PGLA with higher content of glycolide is also rigid and less flexible.
PGLA聚合物具有较高的乙交酯含量，与PGA具有相似的性能，主要应用于可吸收缝合线。 PGLA长丝被用作复丝，因为由乙交酯含量较高的PGLA获得的长丝也刚性且柔韧性较差。
